Dining Services​



Each morning starts with a full breakfast......served in our main dinning room. Lunch is prepared and taken with you, at the beginning of the fishing day and served on the water. At the end of the day, you will come home to relax on our extensive verandah, exchange fish stories, while indulging, with the beverage of choice and then, at the agreed time, a sumptuous, freshly prepared dinner, featuring a flavorful mixture of dishes, prepared Bahamian style! Enjoy; cracked conch, lobster, grouper, snappers etc, prepared by our local chef.
